ID cards, testimonials and transcripts, without the vendor

Print a whole class's ID cards on A4, issue numbered testimonials with the principal's signature, and print transcripts in seconds. Every card and letter has a QR code anyone can scan to check it's real.

What you get

  • ID cards for a whole class

Real card size, ten to an A4 sheet: photo, admission number, class and session in your school's colours.

  • A QR code that checks the card

Scanning it shows whether the card is real and the student is still at your school, with their photo to compare.

  • Lost card? Reissue it

A new card turns the old one's QR code off, so a lost card can't be used.

  • Signed testimonials

Numbered letters on your letterhead with conduct, offices held and remarks, signed with the principal's signature. Void one if needed; the record stays.

  • Transcripts from real results

Every published term, year by year: each subject's score and grade, averages and positions, ready to print.

  • Emergency details on the back

A parent's number and, if you choose, the blood group, for staff who are allowed to see health records.

How it works

Simple from day one.

  1. 1

    Add your details

Address, phone, the principal's name and signature in Settings → Profile.

  2. 2

    Print

Choose a class for ID cards, or open a student for their testimonial or transcript.

  3. 3

    Anyone can check

Gatemen, other schools and employers scan the QR code to confirm it.

Questions

What do we print the cards on?

Any A4 printer. Cut them out, or print on ready-cut PVC card sheets. Backs print mirrored so double-sided printing lines up.

What does scanning a card show?

Only what's printed on it: the name, admission number, class and photo, and whether the card is still valid.
