A student whose record is Active at the start of the term. Students who graduated, withdrew or were suspended aren't counted.

Yes. You pay term by term, and can stop at the end of any term. Pay for the whole year upfront and you get 10% off.

You pick a plan and pay for the next term. Nothing is deleted if you don't: your school is paused until you decide. Small schools never pay less than the plan's minimum (₦50,000 a term on Starter).

Yes. Universities and polytechnics pay per semester, use GPA scales with First Class to Pass, and see “semester” everywhere in the app.

No. You give each staff member a login with their staff number and print the slip. They choose their own password the first time they sign in.

Yes. Paste your student and staff lists from Excel. Every row is checked first, and siblings are linked to the same parent by phone number.

Only the roles you allow. Each person sees what their job needs; salaries and bank details are hidden from everyone else, and every change is logged.

No. The result checker is a web page on your school's address. It works in any phone browser.

Yes. You make and print the PINs yourself, so you decide whether to sell them or include them in fees.

The first check ties the PIN to that student and term. After that it only opens that student's result, up to the number of uses you set.

Yes. Copy the column of scores from your spreadsheet and paste it into the score sheet.

Yes. Choose semesters and a GPA scale; results show grade points, GPA and class of degree.

Yes. Every report card is print-ready on A4, with your logo.

No. Online payments go through Paystack straight into your school's own bank account.

Yes. Part payments are recorded against the invoice and the balance carries forward.
