Everything a school runs on, in one app
From admissions to report cards, fees to the school bus: Qyskul covers the whole school year for nursery, primary and secondary schools, universities and polytechnics in Nigeria.
Online result checker
Let parents check results online with printed scratch-card PINs or their own login. Publish once; every result is ready on any phone. Built for Nigerian schools.
Report cards & broadsheets
Enter scores once and get report cards, broadsheets, grades and positions worked out for you. WAEC-style grading, GPA, comments and approvals included.
School fees & payments
Bill every student by class, take payments online with Paystack or at the office, issue receipts and see who owes what. Money goes straight to your school's account.
CBT & online tests
Set computer-based tests and online exams that mark themselves. Question banks, timers, shuffled questions and instant results for students on any device.
Attendance
Mark attendance in one tap on any phone. Parents get a text when their child is absent, and attendance flows into report cards automatically.
Admissions & entrance exams
Take admission applications online, collect the form fee, run the entrance exam as a CBT and turn successful applicants into students in one click.
Parent portal & school app
Give every parent and student a school portal on their phone: results, attendance, fees, homework and notices. Installs like an app, no app store needed.
Payroll & staff
Run school payroll in minutes: allowances, PAYE tax, pension, loans and leave worked out, payslips for every staff member and one bank file to pay them all.
Timetable, homework & lesson notes
Build the school timetable, set homework students hand in online, and write lesson notes with an AI helper that drafts them for the head to review.
Bus, pick-up, hostel & health
Keep children safe: track the school bus live, check who collects each child with QR passes and photos, run the hostel and keep health records.
