Behaviour & disciplineGrowth plan and above

Catch good behaviour, and handle the rest fairly

Merits and incidents in one place, with points, the action taken and who decided. Serious cases go to the principal; parents see only what you choose to share.

What you get

  • Merits as well as incidents

Excellent work, helpfulness, leadership: recording the good is as quick as recording the bad, and both carry points.

  • Your own list

Name your merits and incidents, set their points, and mark incidents minor, moderate or serious.

  • Serious cases go to the principal

Fighting, bullying or exam malpractice wait for the principal, who decides the action: warning, detention, suspension and until when.

  • A whole late line at once

Record the same thing for several students in one go, such as everyone late after assembly.

  • Parents see what you share

Choose per record. Parents see what happened and the action, never staff notes.

  • Who needs attention

Each term's overview shows who's shining, who has the most incidents, and which classes need support.

How it works

Simple from day one.

  1. 1

    Set your list

Start from the ready-made merits and incidents, or make your own.

  2. 2

    Teachers record

From the student's profile or the Discipline page, for the classes they teach.

  3. 3

    Review and follow up

The principal decides serious cases and closes them when they're done.

Questions

Can teachers see every student's record?

No. Teachers see and record for the classes they teach. The principal and vice principals see everyone.

Is a removed category lost from old records?

No. Old records keep the name they were recorded with.
